Policies at our Bed and Breakfast in Nantucket
Deposits: Stays of 3 nights or less require 100% pre-payment. Stays of more than 3 nights require a 50% deposit. Pre-payments/deposits are typically put through the same day you make your reservation. The balance is due upon arrival.
Cancellations: Deposits will be refunded if the cancellation is received at least 15 days before scheduled arrival. On shorter notice deposits will be refunded if cancelled space is resold without loss to the Union Street Inn. All cancellations are subject to a fee equal to 10% of the entire reservation’s room charge. Please see Travel Insurance Below
Rates: Our Nantucket lodging rates are based on single or double occupancy and may change without notice. Taxes (11.7%) are not included. Seasonal demand may affect minimum length of stay requirements.
Children: Children over 10 are welcome.
Pets: We are happy to recommend a nearby kennel for boarding.
Non-Smoking: Smoking is permitted on the outdoor patio only.
Check In: Anytime after 3 PM

Travel Insurance: WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND TRAVEL INSURANCE. We realize that cancellations are sometimes beyond your control. For this reason we recommend purchasing travel insurance for peace of mind.
